Has anyone tried it? A co-worker just let me try his and the Banana Cream flavor was pretty decent. 35grams of protein per 17oz....330 calories...and 17 grams of fat...BUT...i don't generally eat until late at night...so if I had one mid-day...and another for dinner...that would be 70 protein and less then 700 calories. What do you kids think? Aileen 323/222/150ish

It seems like to many calories & fat. How much sugar in it?

A friend of mine that had surgery several years ago made me a snack basket right after I had surgery. She put both vanilla and chocolate muscle milk in there. Both were very thick and rich tasting. They were terrible. It has a horrible aftertaste.

Hi, Aileen! I've tried the Banana Cream and the Cookies & Cream Muscle Milk. I used them right after surgery, when protein and calories were the main thing. It was fine for me then, but I don't use it now because the calories, fat and carbs are high. I still do supplement once or twice a day with protein shakes/bars, but my shake of choice is the Protein Delite flavors -- they have a banana yogurt flavor that is GREAT! Their best one, in my opinion, is the Alpine Milk Chocolate.
