Feeling dizzy???
I was just wondering if anyone else has been having any episodes of dizziness. This last week I find myself having to hang onto something when I get up to stand. I am just wondering if maybe it could be due to the heat and dehydration. I have been upping my liquids the past few days but I still seem to get them occasionally. Anyone else going through this?? Thanks in advance.

Your fluids seem to be on track... unless you are outside often, I would guess it is more of a calorie issue then it is a hydration issue.
Our bodies run off the fuel from calories. If you don't get enough it becomes week; and a sign of that is often dizzy spells.
I hope you can overcome this. Often when I am not hungry and dont feel like eating I will have a protein drink or a power crunch bar to up my calories in a healthy way via protein.
I get dizzy spells often. Most of the time it is low blood sugar but sometimes it's my blood pressure dropping suddenly.
These are both things that you can keep track of at home.
If your not feeling better in a day or two I would call your doctor and get checked out just in case
