Jogging now
Hi Everyone,
I haven't been posting at all lately. Did you miss me? Hee. Anyways, gotta share this. I always walk about 3 miles on my lunch hour everyday. Today I thought I needed to exert myself a little more and tried to jog. I did it in four spurts and it felt so good. I haven't jogged in 30 years! Granted, everything was jiggling up and down but hey, moving that fast was really great. Okay thanks for allowing me to share.

I can relate--when I go on my walks now I try to push a little and tell myself, "just run to the blue truck" then I walk a bit and a few minutes later, "just run to the end of the street". I'm SLOW and LAME looking, but I do it anyhow--it really gets the heart rate up and makes me feel sporty (tee-hee!)
