Nawlins style cottage cheese - Yummy

I thought of something we used to make that was a food introduced to my family in New Orleans. It is high protein and great tasting: I forget what it was called in New Orleans. Mix 2 cups 1% cottage cheese (doesn't have to be exact, 4 oz. LF cream cheese, 6 - 8 strawberries (fresh or frozen) and 5 packets Splenda and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (you can adjust splenda and cinnamon to taste. I used my immersion blender to blend together, but you wouldn't have to. It is really good, high in protein, and takes you straight to Bourbon Street! N.O. is one of my favorite places. I haven't been back since Katrina hit, but want to go soon. My husband has worked a lot around there, and we spent many days there in the 2-3 years before Katrina hit. Many of the little places he worked around there were south of N.O. and have been wiped off the map. I feel kind of bad now about calling some of the out of the way places "The armpit of Louisiana". Now the armpit is gone. Anyway, eat up! I lost 4 oz. since yesterday. Maybe it was this high protein concoction. Karla
