Tylenol PM? It works for me---my mom does Ambien (rx needed)--can we take Ambien? Cathy

Hi Cath I tried Tylenol PM and it doesn't really do it for me. We can take Ambien but I'm not quiet readdy to go there yet. Think I go back to Nyquil for awhile
