Longest platue EVER!

I have been going up and down between 190 and 193 for over a month! Well this week I have started excercising a lot harder and when I woke up this morning... 188 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like such a huge weight has lifted off of me (excuse the pun). I was worried that I was finished and would not lose any more. I want to be at 135 and I know that may never happen but I was hoping to get to at least 150!

Woot, woot. Stalls are terrible (especially if you are impatient as I am). I am glad it finally broke!
