Are you stalled?

I have also been stalled for about almost two months gaining and losing the same 6 lbs. It is like I have a set point and for some crazy reason it will not go below that number. I am at the lowest number now. I am so worried I will step on the scale and it will be up again. I have even though of not eat at all one for two day to three days to see if I can make it drop. I know that is the wrong thing to do so I have not done it but we get desparate to help things happen. I have been working out for 1.5 hours each day for 4 days out of the week and nothing helps. I am eating from 700 to 1000 cal per day. I try to change it up and go low one day and higher other days. 70 to 75 grams of protein a day.
I just don't know what to do next.
