Don't have a lot of time right now to post. But I do stop in daily and buzz through the posts. It sounds like many of us are in the same place once again. Stalled. I have been stalled for a month. Bouncing back and forth between 160 and 165. It is so frustrating since I am so close to my goal of 150. My surgeon says I am a true success story, but to me it won't be real success until I hit 150. Are you stalled, and if so for how long? Hazel

Hazel, I was on a stall for about 2 weeks or so a month ago. I kept at it, and then tried to make sure I exercise some almost every day. It's picked back up to the 2-3 lbs. a week or so again. I hope it stays that way for a while. Karla 337/220/150

Hazel, I have also been stalled for about almost two months gaining and losing the same 6 lbs. It is like I have a set point and for some crazy reason it will not go below that number. I am at the lowest number now. I am so worried I will step on the scale and it will be up again. I have even though of not eat at all one for two day to three days to see if I can make it drop. I know that is the wrong thing to do so I have not done it but we get desparate to help things happen. I have been working out for 1.5 hours each day for 4 days out of the week and nothing helps. I am eating from 700 to 1000 cal per day. I try to change it up and go low one day and higher other days. 70 to 75 grams of protein a day. I just don't know what to do next. Joyce
