10 day count down:DAY ONE
As many of you know, I have been having a very hard time staying on track since I went on vacation in late June. I am still excercising daily and staying away from soda,alcohol,cigarettes and most caffeine. My problem has been eating CRAP! I have been eating sweets,fried food, whatever carbs I want... Anyway, I am done! I finally realized that I am sabotaging my self AGAIN. I have come to far to let that happen. So as a step in the right direction I will begin day 1 of the 10 day plateue buster diet. I am going to post my menu here in a seperate post. I am not asking you guys to keep me on track because I don't have the will power to do it on my own. I am just asking you to "bear witness" so I will know whenever I put something in my mouth that you guys are ALL going to read about it later. Thanks for being there for me. Please feel free to offer your opinions or advice.

L- Small Cheeseburger patty and some black beans
S-Hard boiled egg & cheese stick
D-grilled chicken w/melted cheese & sugar free lemon jello
S-cheese stick
I have also had 2 sugar free popsicles
Good for you V - mind if I join in? I've been stalled for entire month now and really need a push before I have to see the surgeon again in just a month
So far today I've had:
B: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese 1/2C grapes (I will have to do without fruit for the next 10 days
)
L: Protein Shake with CC Chocolate milk and 1 scoop Isopure Dutch Chocolate
Hopefully this will help us both
