Day 2 of new job!
I've been away from the boards for a couple of days because I started my new job. I just have to keep in mind the reason that I wanted to get this job---plastic surgery expenses. I am sooooo stressed out. I'm not sure if this is the right job for me, but I will stick it out for at least 90 days. I'm in training to be a collection specialist for a division of Sallie Mae. It's really involved and much more strict than when I worked at Verizon.
I learned yesterday that I shouldn't wear skirts or dresses--it takes too long in the bathroom to pull up the undies, slip, pantyhose and then smooth everything back out. There are 40 people in our class and only 3 stalls in the bathroom. Everything is rush, rush, including bathroom breaks. Oh well, I need a facelift, breast lift and batwing repair so I'll keep trudging along. I'm still hoping to hear from the law firm about that job. They haven't let the recptionist go yet, so I still may have a chance. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. At least that is a 8-5 job Monday thru Friday. The job I'm in now is 3 days 8-5, 2 days 12-8pm and a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month..I hate the thought of that.
Oh well, I'm rambling, and tired so it's time for bed. Hope everyone is doing well.

That what I do when things get tough 
Actually, if you're in the bathroom more than 5 minutes you have to have a really good reason. Hey, I'm not afraid to explain in graphic detail why I was in there so long. Today wasn't much better, we're down to 32 people out of 40 in the class. I'm going to at least try to make it through the training (4 weeks) and then give myself 6 months. I'll have to go from there.
