Plateu Buster DAY#1
Well so far so good however I was tempted by carbs when I was shopping at Wal Mart but I DIDNT give in-
Here is my day:
B-Isopure shake made w/H2O
S-4oz cottage cheese
L-2oz tuna w/1oz cottage cheese
S-Isopure shake made with H2O
D-3oz chicken breast
S-will be a SF jello
Total=98 grams of protein
All my vitamins
And yes I have been in the bathroom a zillion times today because I have drank 128oz of H2O-YES 16 8oz glasses of H2O-fortunately getting my water in has never been a problem
As far as exercise-besides running errand all day, in and out of the car and walking in, out and around I havent done any but tomorrow I am getting on my elliptical or treadmill for 30-45 minutes.
