What's on the Menu for Saturday
Since Kay's computer passed away, I'll post for her today. I have been training all day (8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) for our church's climbing tower that is in memory of one of my friend's sons who died in Iraq a few years ago. They were training us to be facilitators for groups of people/students who want to climb the wall and rappel or get off using the zip line. I chickened out climbing today and going off the zip line when I saw the tower shaking w/ some of the heavier guys. I was going to do it tomorrow, but now have to go to my husband's aunts funeral instead. We had fun training. So what did you eat today?
I had:
B: Protein iced mocha latte
S: Power Crunch bar
L: few bites of fried fish and few bites of shrimp from gumbo, then
I guess I won't try the fish that way again. It took 4 hours to get it out of my system. Water wouldn't even go down!
S: Blue Bunny SF ice cream bar
D: Taco Soup
Vitamins: done
Water: 88 oz. so far
Exercise: games at training, standing on feet, belaying (?sp.) ropes w/ humans attached to them - took a lot of strength and skill
