plateau buster day #3
Hi everyone-posting a little earlier again because we are going out again:
My day so far:
B-nectar roadside lemonade
S-2oz cottage cheese
L-3oz chicken
S-isopure shake
tonight:
D-3oz tilapia
S-maybe 1 oz of cheese or just a jello
I have done all my vitamins , so far gotten 76 grams of protein,drank 128oz of water and I am going for a walk in about 15 minutes-I went to a party with my son and had to resist the pizza and cake which was really hard so I just kept drinking water and within the 4 hours of being there I realized I had 5 16oz bottles so it wasnt all bad although the cake really looked good! Here's what I had today:
B: 3 oz cottage cheese
L: Protein shake
D: Omlette with 2 eggs and 1oz of lowfat cheddar
And will have another Protein Shake for my bedtime snack
Here's the breakdown:
Calories: 703
Fat: 26 g
Carbs:26 g
Protein: 100 g
Have also had 64 oz of Christal Lite Lemonade and 32 oz of Diet Ocean Spray so far and I have a long evening ahead of me so will be drinking more




I had
B: 1 cheesestick
L: 2oz beans 1 oz chicken
S: Insides of a scrambled egg hotpocket
D: 1/2 Meatbal
Didn't get my protien drink in today, I was out in the garage refinishing my new dining room chairs all day and lost track of time.
I did get my water in 2 diet snapples and 1 Large coffee this am.
