Plateau buster Day#4
I am behind on my water compared to the past couple of days but otherwise doing great:
B-isopure shake
S-3oz shrimp
L-4oz cottage cheese
S-SF jello
D-3oz chicken
S-will be an ispoure shake
All vitamins in, 80 oz of water in so far and I will be doing 30 minutes on my treadmill once I am done here-hope everyone else is doing well too! Until tomorrow-Lori
