Whatcha eat~ MONDAY?
I did not see this post yet... sorry if it has been posted and I over looked it... anyway, tell me, what was on the menu today my friends?
Me:
B: Protein Iced Latte
L: 7 oz Fage 2% yogurt, 2 pks splenda
D: 8 oz Chicken Chile Verde Soup (broth based, I was still surprised how much I ate). 1 oz shredded RF cheese, a few soy chips. I have to be honest here, I over ate. I am sore. Why do I do this?
S: 2 bites of a gooey brownie

I started out good today, but ended no so good. But since I am starting the plateau buster tomorrow, no better time then the present to start being accountable for what's going in my mouth!

liquid was pretty bad today. I think I am lucky if I got 40 ounces today.
Alright...On the straight and narrow tomorrow.
Today was busy - work and athletic booster meeting. Didn't get home until 8:00.
On the menu:
B: Low Carb Tortilla w/ 2 pieces bacon and 2 Tbsp. LF cheddar cheese
S: handful of trail mix & 2 SF cookies
L: Pork roast w/ a little gravy
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: Chicken cooked in crock pot w/ a little brown rice/cr. of mushroom soup and LF sour cream and Tony Cachere's seasoning & 2 SF cookies
Vitamins: done
Water: 84 oz.
Exercise: 20 minutes on bike
