Hello everyone, I am a very slow looser but findley after a month about 2 week I broke my set point. I went on vacation in Mexico for 10 days. I did not wright down everything I ate down, as I do at home. I ate 3 meal a day walked in the restaurant, my husband and I split meals and I could not even eat all of mine. I ate until full and I did not drink all the wonderful drinks. I took my crystal light, peach tea, protein bars. It worked I was not even going to try to loose but I DROPPED 4 LBS. Can you believe that. I have been driving my self crazy trying to keep up with every bite and count protein that went in my mouth here in the States. I have been counting, writing and making my self nuts. I thought I was going to be the one this surgery did not work for. I had been doing water work out 1 1/2 hours 4 days a week there. I walked with terrible knees and got in the pool everyday visited with friend much laughter and fun. No major work out. Who would have believed I would have lost 4 pounds. There was a sugar free Ice cream place just across from the hotel and my family had sweets I got the sugar free ice cream and it was wonderful. I am at my 8 month and lost 75 lbs 4 feet ll inches. I have felt that was little weight loss compared to so many of you. Now I wonder if all that writing and counting was making me think of food all the time? Who knows I just want it to keep going. I just must loose 125 lbs I don't post much but I have loved reading all you all have to say. Thanks to all of you who post on a regular bases. I have gone through a 1 1/2 month with my weight going up and down lossing and regain until I was just about to give up. I guess never give up. May be I just need to relax and forget about all the counting of protein and writing down every bite. What ever it work. I just need to tell the people here who would understand t my WOW MOMENT ! NEVER GIVE UP ! JOYCE
