Whatcha eat on Saturday?
Today I've been laying around some, watching tv some, cleaning some. Got to finish some cleaning. I even took a little nap. I needed it.
On my menu:
B: 1/2 c 1% cottage cheese w/ splenda fruit
L: 2 c chicken/egg drop soup
S: Mocha Protein drink
D: Hbg. patty cooked on grill w/ broccoli/cheese
S: Protein pudding (pistachio)
Vitamins: done
Water: 64 oz. so far, much to go
Exercise: 30 minutes on bike this morning
