January roll call....where you at????
Hey all,
Just popping in for a brief hello and update.....
MILESTONE DAY!!!!!!!
10 days til my 8 month bandiversary and I have reached my first goal of reaching 250lbs!!!!
I haven't been this weight since I had my son ((12 years ago)).
I still need to bone up on the exercise...though I live a super busy (physically taxing) lifestyle, I need to focus. To date I have had 2 fills with no real setbacks....I have minor issues with getting chicken and bread down but nothing to be alarmed sbout. Haven't had any real "band whuppins" and for that I am truly thankful.
Where are you with you weight loss journey???
Have you had any setbacks and/or discouragememnts along the way??
I look forward to all responses.

Congratulations on your weight loss and on reaching one of your goals. Doesn't it make you feel great to accomplish a goal? I'm glad you're posting on the boards and participating. We all need all the support and encouragement we can get.
I have 61 lbs. more to lose to reach my goal in my weight loss journey. So far it's been a pretty good journey. I'm like you, every once in a while some type of food will get to me. Generally I don't have too many problems.
I haven't really had any setbacks that I can think of. I had a couple of weeks in August that I didn't seem to go anywhere and sat still as far as weight loss goes, then it cranked up again.
We'll all get where we're going if we just keep pluggin'.
Good questions, Lady Onyxx!

Congrats on your weight loss.....I too have had a fairly easy adjustment. Not to many foods give me problems....I have a rough time with sugars so I stay away from them. I have had a slow weight loss this past month but I think I am going to try the platue buster this week. I have 40 pounds to go to get to my original goal of 125 but might change it to 135....Keep up the good work.
~~hugs and well wishes~~

Hi Lady!! You've done wonderful in your weightloss, congrats!
I too need to work on exercise... I move every day, but still ... need to make it a real routine.
I have lost 180 pounds since surgery and have 38 pounds to go until I'm at goal. This is so exciting!
I have problems with remembering to eat- or stopping the grazing. That really gets me
Carbs too lol! But those are head troubles I've gotta work with.... You're doing wonderfully!
