How are you doing with Water, Exercise and Vitamins?

How is everyone doing with: Water? Exercise? Vitamins? I hope everyone is having a great Friday. Tell me what you're up to this weekend? Karen S. Water: Working on 3rd bottle, 3 more to go before the end of the day Vitamins: Done, just need to take my Calcium Citrate Exercise: Done - jogged walked on my lunch hour.

Water/fluids is really good: I am still floating Vitamins and iron never miss Excersise could be better - I get a great workout 3 days a week at PT other than that I'm a bit lazy. Have been walking alot though so I guess that counts too

Yesterday was a really busy day. I worked, went to Houston to eat dinner at an Italian restaurant, went to our HS football game, and didn't get home until 11:00. We've won our 3rd game in a row and are 3-0, for our team, that is great. I'm glad the game is at home next Friday. Today, I'm cleaning house, and at some point will take a nap to catch up on sleep. Yesterday's results: Vitamins: done Water: 104 oz. Exercise: rode bike in morning Karla 337/211/150
