Well I've Made It!
10 days on the Pleateu Buster Diet!
Today I had:
Breakfast: 3 oz lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: Isopure Protein Shake
Dinner: 3oz Broiled Chicken Breast
Snack: will have another Isopure Shake before bed
Lookiing forward to the grand weighin in the morning
Will post the results in the morning
