Come on girls...get posting on what you've eaten. Special Kay is going to be really disappointed when she gets back on line and can see hardly anyone is posting what's going in their mouths! We went to SS and church today, out for Mexican food for lunch, to Walmart, and then home. I've changed the sheets, bathed the dog, cooked supper and some extra for lunches and helped my son with an English project. On the menu: B: 2 eggs and 1 piece of bacon (I was stuffed - gave some of eggs to dog) S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte L: Beef fajitas, a few chips/salsa; a little guacamole and beans S: 1/2 c protein pistachio pudding D: parmesan crusted chicken Vitamins: In Water: 72 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: nada - it's Sunday Karla 337/211/150

Hi Karla...I am repeating what I put on my PB post... OK today was a good day but then again it is day one.... I woke up and weighed in at 165...Total lost is 113 pounds and I seem to be slow this month so I started the PB diet.... B~coffee with protein 2 scoops 40 gr S~one sf freezy pop L~cottage cheese 16 gr protein 1 tablespoon peanut butter 3.5 gr protein S~low fat cheese stick 9 gr protein D~ 2 scrambled eggs with cheese 12 gr protein S~ 20 oz Isopure 40 gr protein.... proteins 120.5 gr of protein...Can someone get to much protein in? 64 oz of water 52 oz of other fluids... walked 2 miles.. Vitamins in...I bought the the generic Equate complete...Big pills but I am breaking them in 1/2 and taken a while apart.. ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Karla you are such a sweetie to take over for Special K. Today was one of those days that just didn't seem to go right. Had an appointment to get some of the old time sepia pictures taken, but half way there had car trouble so no picture and they probably won't be around the area again. Oh well God works in mysterious ways. I did get my two news paper colums done and I usually don't get them done until Sunday. B~two egg chedder (steamed) omlet with salsa.
