PB day #1 for me
OK today was a good day but then again it is day one....
I woke up and weighed in at 165...Total lost is 113 pounds and I seem to be slow this month so I started the PB diet....
B~coffee with protein 2 scoops 40 gr
S~one sf freezy pop
L~cottage cheese 16 gr protein
1 tablespoon peanut butter 3.5 gr protein
S~low fat cheese stick 9 gr protein
D~ 2 scrambled eggs with cheese 12 gr protein
S~ 20 oz Isopure 40 gr protein....
proteins 120.5 gr of protein...Can someone get to much protein in?
64 oz of water
52 oz of other fluids...
walked 2 miles..

Hi Ronna...I needed to change things up. I know I didn't have a plateau but I was getting frustrated and needed to change things to make me feel better I guess. I even hid the scales because I was weighing myself twice a day and getting frustrated with the results. Hopefully this will give me what I needed. I also learned I can drink 64 ounces of water in a day. So if nothing else at least I learned something....
