Whatcha eat- MONDAY

I had a weird day....feel like I'm coming down with something....been sneezing all day. Maybe it's just allergies
Anyway this is what I've had today:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat Cottage Cheese and 10 green grapes
Lunch: Isopure Shake
Dinner: Isopure Shake
Not much of an appatite today - but that's not such a bad thing

Perhaps it's just an all around weird day for eating. I didn't eat much either...I will post my plateau breaker or Back to basic meals here.
Day 2
B~ 32 oz of coffee with 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 40g
S~ 1 low fat cheese stick.... 9 gr
L~ refried beans with cheese...unsure of the protein grams
D~ 20 oz of Isopure protein drink Apple Melon 40 gr protein..
S~ 1 tablespoon of Peanut butter.... 3.5 gr protein
Water: 64 ounces....Yay two days in a row
fluids 116 total ounces
proteins 92.5 plus whatever for the beans....
Exercise~ walked 2 miles....
I feel good!!
