Power Crunch Bars

I LOVE the Jay Robb, perfer the whey to the egg white but they are both good. They mix up so easily, too. Remember to shake up and down, not to the sides. I use them with soy milk rather than regular milk and add in all my SF flavorings. Right now I am having vanilla with a scoop of chai latte SF international coffee flavor. YUM!!! I may just revisit the power crunch bars, I was into them when we first started with solids and switched to Luna.
