Monday Morning Weigh-In

Good wet morning in East Texas. It's been raining since noon yesterday and is flooding around us. I'm glad I live on a hill. My little Shih-Tzu just goes to the front door and looks out, he won't go out to the bathroom! I had a great weight loss week last week with -4 lbs. This week I dropped a pound, then one came back. I don't feel I've eaten wrong and I've exercised all but one day. I'm hoping I exercised enough to get more muscle, which weighs more. I should have known last week was too good to be true. Surgery weight: 337 Last week: 203.8 Today: 203.8 - got down to 202.8, then it decided to go back up one lb.! Total weight lost: 133.2 Karla

Hi Karla and all you fellow weight lossers..... We are still in a shambles here in western NY...We had quite the snow storm last week and the trees still had their leaves and we lost 1000's of trees and some areas are still without electric...They do say the weather should get warmer and it is supposed to be 60* today. We have never seen such damage from a storm.It looks like a war zone. I will have to take pictures and post them.Well for the weight loss....I guess the scale is FINALLY moving again as I finally lost 3 pounds this week. I have struggled since the stupid PB diet thing and wish I never did it... Hey Chris: I still cannot believe the snow that you guys got (in OCTOBER!!) That is crazy. I live in Northern NJ and it is hard to believe that one state over can have such a different climate! I heard they canceled school this whole week! Is that true by you? I am sorry that you are struggling since the PB diet. I wonder why that is. Maybe it threw your body out of whack? Were you on a plateau when you started it? Hugs, Jersey

Well I guess it takes a DR telling you to stop loosing to loose more. I weighed this am an had lost 3 more pounds, I am down to 135.
