Day 1/Starting Weight - 187
Day 2 Weight - 186
Day 3 Weight - 184
Day 4 Weight - 183
Day 5 Weight - 183 - Bummer, but Aunt Flo came to visit so I guess I should be happy I did not gain!
Breakfast - One low-cholesterol egg/1 slice pepperjack cheese
Snack - Profect vial
Lunch - 3 oz. roast chicken
Snack - Profect vial
Dinner - 3 oz. roast chicken (Yes...AGAIN!)
Totals (Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein) = 706/26/4/112
Water = About 30 oz. so far. Morning Vitamins = Check! Exercise = >:x

Morning Jersey! I stalled today too! My tummy was still feeling ugh yesterday, but I feel better today!!

Breakfast: 2 pieces of chicken- like the smallest wing and leg ever! he he
Snack: Chocolate Milk with protein (2 scoops protein, SF hershey's syrup)

Snack: I'll be at work so I don't know...

Snack: Spoonful of Peanutbutter... that stopped my head hunger last night!

Exercise: work at LB tonight
I detested it prior to surgery! ICK! It and Popcorn- GROSS! Now I can eat the pb by the spoonfuls!
The most milk I can do is whatever comes in a grande latte lol... or in my cereal or the 8 oz in my protein shakes. Anymore than than and I feel icky all day long... weirdness!
I am going to be sooooo good this weekend. I get to stay with T sunday and monday night and he doesn't really have the best WLS foods in his pantry lol. Don't worry, I'll stay away from the
lol!
