I guess we are used to being so unhappy for so long that maybe deep down we feel we do not deserve happiness. The good thing is that you felt the thing! Kudos to you for doing a self-exam! And, chances are, it will be nothing and that will be great! I agree...it is good that this is all happening so quickly so that you do not have to dwell on it.
