I am still going to call you. I think about it too early in the morning or late at night. I'm not good about calling my dad, either! A LBL is a lower body lift where they cut you all the way around on about the bikini line. It is also called a circumferential lift too. It does front and back, with some muscle tightening in the abdomen. It doesn't get skin at the top under your bra too much. That is why I will have the lipo. I have about a 7" overhang full of fat above my belly button. Hopefully between the lipo and LBL, it will get a lot of it. If not, I'll be disappointed, but I guess any gone is better than nothing.
