What is your worst food and/or time to crave food?

My worst 'food' is the same thing as it was before my surgery.......the crunchy salty 'stuff' (as I sit here typing with a pretzle in my mouth). I can't say there is a certain 'time' to crave food, though.......although when they starting showing all the food commercials on TV in the evening doesn't help - LOL. Rose from PA

Salty carbs and from after dinner till bed. Lately it's been sesame sticks
