To those having Surgery tomorrow and Wendsday I want to say best wishes for a speedy recovery...Soon you will on the proverbial other side. I'm so excited for each and everyone of you. Thanks Debbie!!!! I am feeling very strange. It's so surreal. A few days ago it felt like it would take forever to get here. Now, here I am!! It feels like the past 3 days didn't exist. I chose to do my clear liquids for 3 days (instead of 2) as I hadn't been at all careful with my eating. So, I am now nearing the end of day 2. I am hungry!!!!!!!!! I lived on broth and tea until a few hours ago when I went in search of SF Jello. I inhaled 3 in the car (yes...with no spoon!) Tomorrow is my last day to prepare. I call between 4-7pm to get my time. It's weird, I realize that my relationship with food will be forever changed, starting yesterday morning. I hadn't realized it; I would have had something more interesting than popcorn!! Good luck to everyone who is going in tomorrow, Wed, and for the next week or so! I won't be able to post again for awhile. Oh yeah, my DH arranged for my pic to appear, so stay tuned!!! Hugs and squeezes, Christina

Thanks Debbie! You are too sweet! I just finished packing my daughter up to take to grandma's tomorrow night. Have to be at the hospital at 7am on Wednesday morning. I can not believe I only have one more full day left. I think the excitement outweighs the nervousness now. I just went shopping for all of my liquid/soft food for the next couple of weeks so when I get home Friday I don't have to do anything. And get this - my house is actually CLEAN! Woohoo!
