Surgery Day for some...let's keep them in our prayers!

Everyone who had surgery yesterday, today or the rest of this month are in my thoughts and prayers. This is our month guys...... Lets work hard.

You're right Brandi!!! I'm so excited!!! I just got off the phone with a friend I work with who had her surgery October 23rd and she is down 50lbs! I just can't imagine. She has recovered so well and that reaffirms my decision and committment to this new way of life. We can do this!

I agree we are like January Jewels! I just spoke to a co-worker today and she had surgery 12-19-05, she has lost 40 lbs. and returned to work today feeling like a million dollars. She said the surgery was not as painful as she thought it would be. I hope all of us can say that after our surgery's. Rebecca
