BE Aware that your taste may change!!!

I know you may think I am a know-it-all, but I have had lots of experience in WLS because of 2 failed surgeries and a reversal (LONG story) that I DID NOT want. I just thought I could share with you the knowledge that I have aquired through experience. When you go under anastisia(sp) you may find that your taste will change temporarerly !! So if you order stuff and it taste great now, it may not taste so great right after surgery!! But give it a couple of months and it should be back to normal. Just do NOT stock up yet on a lot of stuff. Try a few, if you like, but don't buy a lot of anything, just buy some different things, because after surgery, you may or may not like what you like now. I am not even trying the protien suppliments now, I am just getting samples and IF I find one AFTER surgery that I like, I may buy a larger quantitly, but then again, the taste will pretty much get back to normal after a couple of months.
