Hello...new to Forum

Hello to all. I am fairly new to Obesityhelp.com....I've posted a few times though. Nice to be a part of the January surgeries....mine is 18 days away. Not far when you consider that I've researched, met with surgeons, discussed and thought about WLS for years! And now I've decided that I'm ready. A little nervous...who isn't. I have reservations, doubts and every other emotion that goes along with this surgery. I also am excited and can't wait to be a few months out and past the difficult part and on to a new ME. Best wishes to everyone in their upcoming surgeries. Good to have you all as a support system. Anyone out there using Dr. Freeman in Alabama? ~Kim

Welcome!! Glad to see you here in the January family!! Good luck on your surgery!! mine is in just a few short days!! WOOHOO, 6 to be exact!!! I can't wait, I am not the least bit nervous about the surgery, only about the pain management, I am a big baby when it comes to pain!! I hope that all goes well for you and please keep us posted!!! Welcome Kim to the Forum my surgery is on the 10th wow only 5 days from now. i am a little nervious but i can't wait to get it done and over with. good luck with yours and i hope all goes well. please keep us posted on you recovery. dr Mehta is my surgen. dave
