abnorma EKG!
Ok, I had my pre-op at the hospital yesterday and almost immediatley got a phone call from my PCP to come in today. Seems my EKG was "abnormal" The way he explained it, I either had a heart attack in the past and was unaware of it ( I don't think sooooooooo) or the leads were attached wrong and that gives the wrong reading. What makes me mad is that I was still in the hospital getting a chest xray as they were faxing the "abnormal" ekg readout to him. Doesn't it seem like they would have gotten me back up there to redo it first?? Anyway, I am now scheduled for a Two part nuclear stress test tomorrow and Friday. I am almost 100% positive there is nothing wrong, and I sure want to go into surgery healthy, but helloooo, I don't need this added stress now. Ok, I'm done venting. Knew you guys can understand. My surgery is one week from today, I have everything bought, plans made and I'm physched to do it now!
