Strange Dreams???

Anyone else having strange dreams? Last night I had a dream that I was post op and I was eating scrambled eggs, like I was pre op and when I realize what I was doing I had already eaten like 8 big bites, and I wasnt' full...then panic set in....why wasn't I full.. Nicole

Yes, I had two weird dreams. In one of them, I was being admitted to the hospital in preparation for my surgery. I had to walk through many buildings and cooridors with several different people, checking in at different nurses stations, etc. The last nurse took me to my "room" and when she opened the door, I was shocked. The room looked just like a cheap, dusty hotel room with wood paneling, loud curtains, old tv on a tv stand...the works! I remember saying that it was unacceptable...then the dream ended. My second dream was, I was being prepped for surgery and was on a gurney and given anesthesia, but not to the point where I was completely "out". I thought I was being wheeled to the O.R., but they wheeled me down a hallway and outdoors onto a busy street and left me there. No one came to see what was odd about it...and then I woke up. Chele

Hi Nicole! I had my one and only so far dream about WLS just the other night. I have always dreamt very vividly and most morning can easily recall the details of my nights dreams. I often lucidly dream as well. The strange part of this dream is that it was not vivid at all. All I really remeber is looking at my stomach and seeing a big scar. It freaked me out a little as I am scheduled for lap but doc says open may be needed. Oh well..it was after all only a dream! Best wishes Debbie

Me too, Nicole! Except all my dreams are me much thinner. Some are set back with old boyfriends/husbands(I'm on my fourth!) when I was small, some are me just slimmer with my family now. Weird! But definitely good, its like visualization to help me be calm and proceed with confidence! Debbie
