Ha Ha Beth....you didn't say how much pudding....if it took you 45 minuted for 6 ounces of fluid, I am betting this will take even longer. Good to see you are in great spirits and feel well enough to keep posting on the boards. Hugs, Deb H. Surgery: January 24th.

Teehee - well it took me an hour to eat 2/3 of a snack pack cup (you know one of the prepackaged lunch puddings). I gave up at that point. Now I am trying cottage cheese. This one may take forever! I never had to chew cottage cheese before! But 12g of protein for a 1/2 cup. Not too shabby! Beth

I'll be on liquids for a full week following surgery; I guess that's balancing out my not being on liquids before! Cottage cheese is one of my favorites and I have been practicing chewing it, that's when I realized how quickly I inhale food and it got me to slow down. It sounds like you're doing great and your spirits are strong and your body even stronger. All the best, ~Tiffany

I hear you on that, it took me 90 minutes to drink 8 ounces of carnation instant breakfast. Wow how strange your stomach changes. Carly
