Starting pre-op diet (Optima)

I have heard several people in here mention the Optima diet, is this the one made by Slim Fast? Is is low in sugar/carbs and high in protein? I don't have to be on a liquid diet but if I can find something that is easy to take to work, I'll give it a whirl. Please let me know about the Optima diet. Thanks! Kelli

Hi Kelli, I've been using the slim-fast optima shakes as one of my sources of protein. They are really good & easy because they come in the cans. Good luck on your up-coming surgery. Carly
