feeling much better now-not as nervous

Well I had my final preop appt this morning and 3 hrs later I am feeling ALOT more comfortable re my surgery--I cant wait until next Mon, the only thing I didnt like hearing is that my surgery is scheduled @10am but I have to be there @6am along with the other patient who is scheduled @8--go figure--My surgeon does the procedure on average within an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes so I am hoping to get in the operating room before 10am so I dont have even more time to sit and feel nervous--although I am perfectly calm now I know that day of I may be a little on edge with feelings of anticipation! It was pretty neat too because I was able to meet and talk to my surgeons first patient so that was interesting and very informative--well take care and like always good luck to everyone else having surgery this month and thereafter Lori

Lori, glad you're feeling more calm now. I'm definitely in the nervous stage myself these days. I'm hoping that my next couple of appointments will help calm the nerves. Good luck next Monday and you'll be in our thoughts. Lisa
