Finally I am home
Well I finally got home yesterday around 2pm. My stay was longer because I kept losing too much blood and my bp was too low and my heartrate too high. I did come into the hospital dehydrated so that took a few days to take care of as well. Finally some of the fluid weight is coming off. It was a shock when I was able to sweet talk a nurse into weighing me a few days after surgery and I weighed 10lbs more then when I went in. I am havng so much problems getting my water in and I am hoping today to even get close to getting all of my protein in. In the hospital I was probably getting next to none as I just couldnt get it down.

I am home too after surgery on the 6th, with also the same complications and pneumonia. I have lost 15 of the 20 pound water weight, but I am stuggling to get anything down. It hurts when I swallow anything and all the options just make me feel sick. I am forcing my protein ( two bottles of profect) and my vitamins and water. I can't wait to have an appetite back and enjoy something. Hang in there, your not alone.

I just got my profect last night and I plan on using them for complete protein intake. Last night I tried 2 scoops of Isopure Vanilla and 6 oz of skim milk but I think the milk doesnt agree with me and it left me as quickly as it went in lol. I thought I was getting the most perfect 29 grams of protein too. I am sorry you had a rough time too.
