Not sure what to buy for post op foods???

Anyone have any suggestions beside the easy ones? Like eggs and cottage cheese and baby food and carnation instant breakfast? I will be on the pureed diet when I leave hospital. Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thanks! -Sue 5 days and counting!!!

My dietician gave me a list of foods im able to eat whi*****lude cottage cheese, yogurt with less than 10 cant remember if its grams of fat or calories sorry, refried beans, tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad>all of the .. salads have to have the fat free mayo

How about: sf pudding unsweeted applesauce Isopure - boy has that helped me get my protein in (premixed in glass bottles) sf jello low sodium broth tuna l Hope that helped a little Ronna

I'm on 3 weeks liquid diet, so I won't be to baby food for a while. Here is what I have at home for liquid diet SF Tang SF Koolaid Premade Isopure (protein) Protein Pudding (for meds) Broth Golden Mushroom Soup strained Nectar (many flavors) (protein) Crystal Light SF popsickles SF fudgesickles Hope this helps ::hugs:: Cyndi
