What did you eat today? pre and post op
B-swiss miss sf hot cocoa made with skim milk and 1 scoop protein powder=26g protein
L-pureed New England clam chowder, hot tea and water
S- the leftovers of soup from lunch(brought it home from Red Lobster) sf carmel pudding and water.
I know not as well as I usually do in protein and water intake, but I have a great excuse.......remarriage yesterday.
D - cream of chicken soup 4 oz
1/2 isopure grape frost for protein after
B- Light and fit yougrt
1 slice of cheese
S- none
L- string cheese
S string cheese
D- none
1/2 isopure for protein
Water about 14 oz
and not enough protein
waaaahhhhhh
I don't think I'm eating right or enough. I'm not that hungry and I forget to eat cause of the whole drinking while eating and I'm always drinking something. I get to start eggs and such tomorrow but I still feel like I'm not going to get enough protein and the shakes sometimes make me want to
. Any advice?
