Hi there jan 23rd losers. I am having my surgery in syracuse N.Y at Upstate medical center. No special preop diet was called for,But i am going to do some protein shakes this week and really cut back.I went out and did some shopping today for more supplies and had lunch with some friends.It is hard to believe that the time is near.Thinking of you all.
