I take boneless chicken breast or boneless thighs and put them in 9X13 baking dish
The I mix 1 container of light sour cream, 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 bag of shredded chedder cheese. bake on 375 for about an hour and it is moist wet and tons of protien.. sometimes to share with others I cut it up into chunks before baking...
You dont eat enough of the "gravey" to make it to fattening but ooohhh it is good.
If eatting regular chicken I just always eat it with mashed potatoes in every bite..
I also eat ground beef I have mixed in brown gravey...
