What'cha eatin??????
Hi guys, I'm curious to see what everyone else is eating since I'm having problems pinning down what sounds good.
B: 1 egg scrambled with a slice of cheese
S: 1 half of a Lit and Fit Yogurt.
L: a protein shake.... Atkins Advantage choco with 2 slices of banana and some unjury protein to top it off blended with ice. YUMMY!!!!
S: no snack
D: Carb Options Cream of chicken soup
S: maybe the rest of yummy protein shake from lunch
Protein: Isopure Grape frost
Water: about 14 oz I NEED MORE WATER!!!!
Okay so fess up!
Hi Dae! I need more water too... probably working with 36-48 ounces. Here's what I'm eating:
B- 1.5 Oz Special Mixture: Scrambled egg with Spinach, Tuna and Ricotta cheese
L- 1.5 ounces stew meat, chopped in the blender and pureed in mouth
S- Frozen Protein Yogurt: 6 oz vanilla yogurt, 4 ounces strawberries, 1 sc vanilla protein powder... freeze for a couple hours, yummy. This was my snack morning and evening
D- 1.5 oz stew meat, chopped in blender and pureed to nothing in my mouth lol
S- SF Popsicle: feeble attempt at some more water
My doc has ricotta and cottage cheese as the only cheeses I can have right now... so I decided to be come a chef and mixed in some spinach, egg, tuna and the cheese and the outcome wasn't so bad! It was kinda like a quiche lol. Experiment is my tip.... maybe I'll become a chef or nutritionist after this journey!
