Trying to keep us honest! So spill it people - what did you eat today?
LND: 2 oz of ricotta cheese with a tablespoon of tomato sauce and mozarella. heated up a little it was so super yummy.
No snack
B: A protein shake - Atkins Chocolate Delight with some powdered coffee and some banana blended. MMMM yummy too.
S: the rest of the protein shake
L: cheese cubes and some yogurt
S: no snack
D: same as LND it was sooo good.
LNS: Some yogurt
Water: Okay
Vitamins: okay

iI have become very fond of tofu shakes...they are wonderful!
take 1 silky block of tofu & crumble in blender.
Add 1/ cup of lowfat milk.
Add about 3/4 cup of frozen fruit..strawberries, peaches, mixed berries, etc.
Add two or three splenda packets.
Put a scoop of protein powder and blend well.
Add about a cup of ice cubes and blend until shake consistancy.
Thuis might last yu all day.It is very tSTY AND FULL OF PROTEIN!
