Rescheduled...not a 123 loser anymore!

So sorry to hear it, Dawn. I keep telling myself that everything happens for a reason and if I can't have surgery on Monday (because of this cold I have), then that's the way things are meant to be. Chele, I feel like I might be coming down with a cold, too. Are you taking anything? I've heard others on this board talk about taking Airbornne, so I started taking that hoping I will head it off before it gets full blown. Also, have you talked to your doctor's office about it? What did they say? Lisa

Hi Lisa, I have been taking lots and lots of Vitamin C (1000 mg timed release) at a time, since I first started feeling the tickle in my throat. I have also been constantly drinking (Fruit2O, diluted juice, water, tea, etc.) I was able to fit in a nap today while the babies were napping...I was excited about that. lol I did speak to my surgeon's office today and also the nurse at the hospital. I was told that as long as I wasn't running a fever this weekend and at the time of surgery Monday, things are a GO. Now I'm just thinking positively and trying to get over this. I wish you the best of luck and hope you don't come down with it!! Chele
