Down 10 pounds 1 week!

After having had my surgery one week ago today, I have already lost 10 pounds!!!! I realize that everyone loses at their own pace and some lose even more than 10 pounds in their first week, but I am ECSTATIC! "Only" 129 pounds more to go! ~Teri~

Congrats!!!!!!!! That is great!!!!!!! GO, GO, GO!!!!!! I had my surgery one week ago also. I have lost 12.6 pounds as of last night.
