What was on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
All of you are doing so well.... I'm just on full liquids but to tell you the truth all I can handle is about 4 sucks of a sf popsicle 1 oz of skim milk in the morning; 16oz of water and 1oz skim milk for lunch
dinner I had 4 sucks of the sf popsicle finished up the water
I just can't handle anything else I go back to the doctor friday to get my staples out. I hope to move to something else if my stomach is better.
Well, I am doing just TERRIBLE with my proteins...
B: 2oz Cottage Cheese
Fruit-2-0 flavored water
L: 4 oz Carb Control Blueberry&Cream Yogurt
More Fruit 2-0
D: 2-3 oz Cottage Cheese with one ritz chip (they are like ritz but super thin, more like a chip) and a drop of bbq sauce. I also tried a TINY peice of ground hamburger.
I will probably have a protein drink later on. I need to up my protein!
I had 3-4 ounces of vanilla protein stack shake made with carb coutdown (CC) skim milk for breakfast.
About 4 ounces of cream of chicen soup with supplemental cheese melted in and unflavored protein powder for lunch
For dinner I had 3-4 ounces of chocolate protein stack shake with CC choc milk
For a "snack"- I had 4 ounces of chocolate CC milk with two tbsps of liquid calcium citrate added.
I had about 40-50 ounces of water----not up to my ideal 64 ounces yesterday as I was having some minor stomach upset whenever I had the "liquid food". I had one week follow up appointment with surgeon and his CRNP suggested I take a Lactaid pill with each meal and so far since the discomfort has been minimal to none!
I got at least 60 grams of protein yesterday---but I have to up my water intake a little.

After looking at what everyone else is doing, it looks like Dr's are different.
B-1/2 boiled egg, chopped small
L-1/4 c. homemade chicken soup with small pastina
D-2oz Chicken breast chopped very small, 1/2 c ricotta cheese with 1tlbs of sf Smuckers rasberry jam, ff Havari cheese 1/2oz
32 oz of water
I am trying, but it is hard getting the water in.
Also the protein shakes are very hard to get in.
