Doing better every day!
B: 8oz protein shake
S:1oz low fat cottage cheese and 1oz deli turkey
L: 1oz tuna salad (tuna, ff mayo, and hard boiled egg) and 1oz cottage cheese
D:2 turkey and cheese roll-ups. (took a slice of deli turkey and rolled it up with 1/4 slice of cheese)
38.5 grams of protein
32 oz fluid

I did much better with protein today
B: shake with soy milk
L: 1 oz turkey with 1 oz goat cheese
drank half bottle of isopure, that stuff's not too bad
D: 1/3 c mashed potatoes with shredded mozz cheese
S: cheese stick and turkey meatball

I'm over work this week already.
B: Advant Edge Shake and 2% String Cheese
L: Breyer's Light Yogurt
S: Pintos and Cheese from Taco Bell (pulled cheese off)
D: Poached Cod (Chicken Broth, garlic and lemon juice) and Brocolli
S: in about 5 mins

So far I'm at 627 Calories, 22 grams of fat and 65 Protein

Hello everyone...Hope you all had a great day.
Here's what I had today...
B: 1/2C oatmeal made with skim milk
L: 1/2C KFC mashed potatoes.
D: 1/4C of black bean soup w/ bacon, a spinkle of cheese, and slice of avacado... and 4oz applesauce...I'm too full right now.
S: If hungry later it will be....SF popsicle.
I got some Isopure today....I've only tried the apple melon....Really yummy...It will make getting in that protein so much easier...Plus count for liquid intake. Those shakes weren't cutting it for me....ugh!
