Banded on the 24th. OUCH

In between being stoned on Darvoset, I can honestly say OUCH. I knew what to expect having listened to everyone but WOW. The good thing is that I only hurt on the left side below the rib cage. The rest of my torso just looks like it got the C$%P kicked out of it. I am loving my SF jello, clear chicken broth and SF flavored water. Wednesday, after I see the surgeon I get to start pureed and mushies. Yeah!! I have discovered why the surgeon says to not go near a scale after surgery, all the wieght I had lost pre op I gained back in fluid retention. Ah well, as they say, this too shall pass. Congrats on all us 2006 WLS babies!!! Thank you all for your messages. They were terrifice. Time to rest Sandra

Sandra, I'm glad you're home. Just think...the surgery part is over and now behind us! That's what I keep telling myself. Chele
