post op question

i got my staples and pen rose drain out this past wed and my question is if anyone had the same type of drain or any others at the main incision site how long did it take to stop leaking and close up? this drain was a very thin piece of rubber that was left in to drain anything around the main incision and was only a little bit inside my stomach compared to the other drain that was on the other side of my stomach that was inside me about 3 feet haha, at least it felt like that as they pulled it out the day of discharge, that one healed within 1-2 days--any inof would be appreciated--thanks
